I am SO SO SO thankful for cell phones, free long distance, email, Skype, digital cameras, scanners, Facebook, blogs and ANYTHING else that helps me to stay in touch with family and friends. It's hard not living close to my mom and sisters but being able to see pictures/video, updates and to be able to talk to them on the phone/Skype makes it a little bearable. Mr. Incredible says that I'm addicted to Facebook and blogs but I like to think of it as being addicted to my family and friends!

I love that perspective of being addicted to family and friends, I will use it next time Burke teases me about FB and blogs. :)
